Core Stabilization Classes
This 6-week course teaches you about the importance of core muscles in maintaining your health. Classes cover the exercises and stretches you’ll need to strengthen and stabilize your core muscles. Patients who attend this program experience longer lasting results from their adjustments with fewer exacerbations.
These classes, held throughout the year, help you stretch and strengthen your muscles. Classes are approximately an hour long and end with relaxation for stress management. Classes are individualized so that whether you are a beginner yoga student or advanced, you will feel better, look better and move more freely as a result of your yoga practice.
