Rockstar Wanted

We're Looking For Our Next Rockstar!

We Hope It's You!

No, this isn't the nation's newest singing competition TV show. (Don't we have enough of those already?) This is a search for a Rockstar Doctor of Chiropractic (a Docstar?) to be the newest member of our amazing practice! Think you have what it takes? GREAT! But before you tell us about you... let us tell you about us!

We know this is a BIG decision!

Whether you're just graduating (or about to) or you've been running your own practice (or anywhere in between), we know it is complicated to decide on what your next step is going to be. That's why we want to take some time to tell you about us, our practice, our city, and help you understand what we're offering. This is not an offer for everyone. But for the right person, this is going to be the offer of a lifetime!

We know that everyone is different. And has different priorities. That's why we've broken the information down into the topics that we think are important. (One of which will probably be the most important to you!)

Where Is It?

Our practice is located in Bloomington which is centrally located in the state of Illinois. We're about a 2 hour drive to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis.

What's It Like There?

Indoor and outdoor activities abound! Bloomington was rated the #1 Place to Live After the Pandemic by Business Insider and the Happiest City in the US by Zippia!

What's The Opportunity?

Bloomington-Normal is home to a thriving live music scene, including both local musicians and venues that pull in big names! The Castle Theater is a movie theater that opened in 1916. It has since been renovated and turned into an amazing music venue. It features a wide variety of music of all kinds! The Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts is another renovated space featuring live music, plays, symphonies, and performances of all kinds! (To give you an idea... Weird Al held a concert here. The Future: Our Practice Makes Perfect

We Have A Proven Track Record And Want To Share Our Success!

  • we've launched 6 practices
  • helped more than 25 associates achieve success
  • unlimited growth opportunity with clearly defined metrics
  • world-class training (both in-house and external training)
  • be a part of the practice
  • no capped income
  • your success is our success!

Success is defined differently for everyone. For some, that means the challenges of opening their own practice. For others, it means getting up and going to work every day to do what they love without the hassle of worrying about tax laws, employment regulations, and getting payroll submitted on time. Regardless of how you define success, if you have a sincere devotion to your patients and are willing to learn a proven patient process, then we want to help you grow, develop, and be the best Doctor you can be!

We're Really, Really Good at What We Do.

From 2012 to 2019 we were the reigning champions for the Best Chiropractic Office in town (as voted on by residents in our local paper's Readers' Choice Awards). Once Dr. Jess took over the practice, she was voted best doctor several times (competing against all doctors in town regardless of field) and Eastland Chiropractic even won best place to work (until they stopped that category). In 2019, we were busy settling into our new location (a few blocks away from the old one) and decided it was time for someone else to win for awhile, so we asked our patients not to vote for us in the contest so that someone else could bask in the spotlight for a change. (That might sound like a humble brag, but it doesn't make it any less true. As we mentioned... we're good at this.)

More Awards

In addition to Best Doctor, Dr. Jess has been honored with a multitude of other awards, including being a 20 under 40 Honoree in 2017 and a Women of Distinction nominee in 2020. And while these awards are humbling (and the ceremonies can be a lot of fun!), this is not the reason for what we do. Rather, it's a bonus acknowledgement that we use to continue to serve our core mission to help people, have fun, and get paid for the amazing service we deliver.

Our Practice's Culture: We Want to Be the Best We Can Be, But We Have Fun, Too!

There are two things we're absolutely fanatical about in our practice: our devotion to our patients and giving back to our community. We're very active with our local Chamber of Commerce (having hosted several Chamber events at our old practice location). But we're also very involved with a number of charities and charitable events, including (but not limited to):

  • Blingo (a designer purse bingo fundraiser for local youth baseball)
  • Humane Society
  • Multiple local food pantries
  • Harmony Park All Access Park
  • Worldwide Day of Play

and the list goes on. We're always open to considering new charitable organizations and events with which to participate. And we expect everyone who works with us to have this same passion for our community.

Growth & Development

We know... our practice sounds awesome, right? But you have a burning question: "What's in it for me?" We get it. We've already talked about the great community you'll be living in. And now you know more about the amazing practice in which you'll be working and the awesome Doc you'll be working alongside. But the benefits don't stop there. We have both internal and external development plans. Having launched 6 practices we know what success looks like and tastes like, but more importantly the roadmap to get YOU there. We have proven systems used nationwide and will connect you with likeminded associates to help further your skills in addition to a specific training outline and roadmap with benchmark perks for each milestone reached along the way. As your skills develop, so does your position within the practice.

Outlook Good

The economic outlook for Bloomington-Normal looks very good indeed! Several companies have their world HQ here including, State Farm, Country Financial, Beer Nuts, and Eastland Lifestyle. Rivian just made a huge investment in the area, opening their electric vehicle plant in Normal and securing a deal with Amazon for 100,000 electric delivery vehicles (as part of their $8B raised since 2019). Ferrero North America, part of the global confectionery company Ferrero Group, just broke ground on a $75M expansion to their Bloomington location, creating their first chocolate production plant in North America.

An Eye To The Future

You're saying to yourself, "This sounds amazing. But what's the long term plan?" Great question! And, as with so many of life's answers, it totally depends on you. Is your dream to start your own practice? We can help with that. Give us two years and we'll give you the skills, systems, tools, and confidence to open the practice of your dreams. Not interested in the hassle of owning your own practice? Prefer to just take care of the patients and let someone else take care of the practice? We get that, too. (Oh boy, do we get that!) Works for us! Earn while you learn how to be the most amazing Doctor you can be and then stay and focus on what you actually went to school for -- helping patients. Or maybe your goal is somewhere between these two? Then let's talk about you buying into our practice. Or setting up a satellite practice somewhere. The options are endless.

For the right candidate, we're willing to be very flexible. We'll work with you on timing, schedules, relocation expenses, and more. Contact us and let's talk!
