The Postpartum Experience Meeting: Wed, May 12, 7:00pm - 8:00pm (2nd Wednesday of every Month) Babies in arms are welcome at this meeting. This recurring monthly meeting will be facilitated by Abby Bokus, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). This event is FREE.

Join other Moms and come together to discuss and learn about the postpartum experience. Participants will provide support and encouragement to each other for this special and sometimes challenging time of life. Everyone can participate at their own comfort level...come to this meet-up to talk a lot, just a little or none at all.

Abby Bokus, LCSW, will begin each meeting with a question or topic that the participants can answer or ponder over to themselves. Using this question or topic as a beginning point, Abby will be there to encourage dialogue, educate, and support everyone present. She will also answer questions and offer suggestions for coping with more difficult aspects of the postpartum experience.

This month's topic will be, "The Emotional Roller Coaster...Dealing with Postpartum Hormones & Sleep Deprivation."
