Childbirth Education Series
With an emphasis on natural childbirth, the classes will cover pregnancy nutrition and the physiology of labor and birth (including relaxation techniques and comfort measures). Come to this class and uncover (and tame!) any fears you may have about childbirth.
This 4-part interactive class series, which focuses on Lamaze, will also touch on the most helpful and useful components from other popular childbirth education approaches.

Newborn basics will aslo be covered as will common medical interventions suggested during labor and birth.
This class comes with lots of supplemental materails including: handouts, booklets and birth videos that you will have access to via the internet.
This class meets on the following Wednesdays in May:
May 6, May 13, May 20, May 27. Classes meet 6:30pm – 9:00pm. The fee for this class is payable on the first day of class. Discounts are available for all birth doula clients.
