At Eastland Chiropractic and Wellness Center, we feel that optimum health is not achieved through the use of chiropractic and physical therapy exclusively, but rather through the integration of chiropractic to improve the structure of the body and function of the nervous system with other wellness oriented activities.  At our center we offer the following:

  • YogaFit   courses are taught throughout the year.  YogaFit is designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles.  Classes last 55-75 minutes each.  Each class ends with relaxation for stress management.  Attendees should wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat with them.  Classes are tailored so that the beginner to the advanced yoga student can benefit out of each class.

  • Core Stabilization Classes  are offered for patients.  This 6 week course outlines and educates the importance of the core muscles in maintaining health.  Classes entail actual exercises and stretches done to strengthen and stabilize the core muscles.  Patients who attend this program, experience longer lasting results from their adjustments, and less exacerbations.  

  • Pilates  We utilize a unique style of Pilates known as PIlateFit Circuit.  This program involves pilate moves combined with other strengthing moves and put into a circuit model.  Participants reap the benefits of a complete workout while also keeping their heart rate up.  A good overall workout for anyone at any fitness level.  Class is 45-55 minutes.  

  • Zumba  The latest exercise craze is now available at our center!  Latin dance moves combined with a bit of hip hop and all put into an hour of fun!  If you want to burn fat and have a great time, this is the class for you!  Energizing and fast paced, this is a complete workout with cardio benefits.   

  • Ideal Protein Weight Loss  Want to lose weight and keep it off?  This is the program for you!  Ideal Protein was developed over 23 years ago by Dr. Tran, M.D. and has been successful in helping thousands lose weight and keep it off.  Originally developed for Olympic Athletes it has since been used by the general public with amazing results!  IT is an extremely easy program to follow and very cost effective. Average weight lose is 3-7 pounds a week.  Our Ideal Protein coach is Joen.  She will be happy to meet with you and explain the program in detail.   

  • Bone Density Testing  Osteoporosis is something that all individuals should be concerned about(not just women).  It is one of the most preventable conditions we face today but the key is early detection.  Understanding that bone health is vital to a properly functioning body we offer bone density scans on site. The scan is painless and takes approximately 10 minutes and gives a detailed printout and T score evaluation.  

  • Healthy Cooking Classes  Nutrition plays a major role in our overall health.  Unfortunately in today's world eating healthy is a difficult task.  Our classes focus on healthy meals for the individual or the whole family.  We share ideas on healthy meals that are quick easy and budget friendly.  Classes are hands on and the best part is you get to sample all the foods prepared.

  • Wellness Workshops  We offer a variety of workshops on health and wellness topics. We present these periodically at the center and also to local groups and businesses.  We are happy to come to your business or group and present these at absolutely no cost.  Please call the center to inquire.  Below is a listing of the talks currently available.

  • Massage   Studies have proven massage helps to maintain the health and wellness of muscle and joints.  Massage is a holistic approach to pain relief and works well both as a standalone practice or alongside other complementary therapies.  We work with your Chiropractor, Physician, Physical Therapist, or other Health Care Provider to make sure that your needs are met and your health goals achieved.

  • Therapeutic Massage - 60 minutes or 30 minutes sessions
  • Relaxation Massage  - 60 minutes or 30 minutes sessions
  • Integrative Reflexology  - 45 minutes sessions
